About one year ago one of clients purchased this Pirate/Jungle themed golf attraction from our company.  Sadly everything is being sold off due to the clients accidental death.  Our client had no immediate family and there is no one to run the business.  Our clients business partner who was a silent investor now wants to sell off the attraction and all of its inventory.  Listed below is a list of all the equipment that would be included in the sale price.  ASKING PRICE IS $60,000.00.  Normally this attraction would cost $140,000.00.  You will need to remove everything yourself and install the attraction yourself.  If you require BLA assistance we can arrange for those services for a separate fee.  Please contact Larry Kirchner today at darkrides@sbcglobal.net or 314 504 3970.

INVENTORY

All props are one year old and just like new.  We have 18 holes of minigolf with the front 9 being an African safari theme and the back 9 a Pirates of the Caribbean theme.  The golf center is equipped with a complete sound system (13 speakers in all) with background sound effects throughout the course.   Each hole is lined with pavers in order to contain the goofballs in each hole.  Below is an itemized list by hole and a complete inventory.  The cutouts are made of plywood and the animals/pirates of fiberglass.  Plywood walls separate the course and the walls are all smartly airbrushed for effect.

Hole 1—3 medium crates, 1 small crate, jeep w/ headlights and a rock
Hole 2—1 medium crate, 2 rocks, 2 snake cutouts, 1 safari dressed guide and a snake cutout
Hole 3—1 leopard cutout, gorilla, 1 small rock, 1 large rock
Hole4—1 toucan cutout, leaf cutout, temple entrance, 2 monkey cutouts, 2 small rocks, 1 large rock, fiberglass elephant that roars
Hole 5—3 hippo cutouts in water, 1 standing hippo cutout, 1 rock, 1 log, 1 alligator
Hole 6—4 rocks, 1 alligator
Hole 7—2 rocks, 2 rock cutouts, 1 lion
Hole 8—2 life size photo op cutouts-one with a monkey and one with a lion, giraffe, ramped up hole
Hole 9—2 medium crates, 1 monkey photo op cutout, 1 zebra, 1 rock

Hole 10—3 large barrels, 1 large crate, 1 large rock, 1 standing (life sized) pirate with hook, 3 steps, 4 boat railings, 3 portholes, 1 toped wall with 3 posts.
Hole 11—cannon with 4 cannonballs, 2 crates, 1 floor cannon, 1 pirate cutout
Hole 12—1 wooden table with chair, 3 pirate cutouts, 1 large door.
Hole 13—5 shark fins, 1 fiberglass shark head, 3 fiberglass coral, 1 rock.
Hole 14—2 turtle cutouts (1 large and 1 small), 1 wave floor with coral sides.
Hole 15—4 large pillars with header (roman ruins), 3 4’ pillars, 1 Poseidon cutout
Hole 16—1 large fiberglass shark, large rock, wave cutout, sand pit, large hull of a boat arch
Hole 17—1 wave cutout, 3 fiberglass waves, 2 palm trees with lights, 1 standing life sized pirate with barrel and sword.
Hole 18—1 life sized pirate sitting on a trunk, 3 trunks (2 medium, 1 large), 2 pirate cutouts, 1 rock, 1 large bucket, skull entrance, misc gold painted treasures, ramped up hole.
Lobby—1 pirate cutout, parrot and leopard cutouts.
