For example the mansion theme can be called anything, and the theme of the mansion can be a haunted hotel, or for example an old sea boat captains home. In other words any theme can become something more specific while still having the feel of an old rotting mansion. You supply all the materials, which we'll help you, find and buy and we'll do all the work. Packages start at $15,000 and increase depending on the amount of work and length of stay.
